For those already well travelled on the path, your spirit will love the opportunity to be acknowledged, nurtured and strengthened by the powerful healing energy we will be tapping into. The location is extremely healing in itself. Body + Soul Spa Retreat is a vortex of healing energy that has been growing stronger year by year. Now it is ready to fulfill it’s destiny of guiding us all into the new age of healing & enlightenment. It is a very cozy, warm, comforting, grounding space that will assist us on our journey.

Looking beyond the reputation of Tantra, we find one of the oldest and most powerful spiritual teachings in the world, said to be the original source of Yoga. We are also working with the principals of many other spiritual traditions, including Shamanism & Christianity.

The format is very flexible and easy to fit into any schedule. We will have 4 sessions during the weekend. You can attend the entire weekend – all 4 sessions – or you can come to just one or two. It is also very affordable.

If you have never attended a class, workshop or a healing session with Peter, then the 1st session on Fri eve is suggested before attending other sessions.

Friday March 30, 7-10pm [ Introduction to Tantric Spirituality [

Suitable for all ages and all levels. Bring your kids, parents, friends and loved ones to this fun and exciting glimpse at the world of energy and spirit. Tantra is an ancient spiritual practice that is very relevant and helpful in today’s world.
You will learn how life force healing energy (Chi or Prana) works in your body and in the world. Using simple techniques of Kundalini Yoga, meditation & breathwork, we will practice harnessing this energy and moving it through your body to create health, harmony and balance in your body, your life and the planet.

We will also share an overview of the weekends workshops

Sat March 31, 10am-4pm [ Earth Changes and Spiritual Awakening

There is a lot of talk these days about global transformation.
This includes physical changes of the planet, but most importantly a change in consciousness and awareness of the peoples of the world. In this day and age more people than ever before are beginning to awaken to their true spiritual origins and potential. It is very exciting, but can also be very frightening and disturbing if you do not know what to expect.
We will take this day to explore and understand what is happening in the world and in ourselves. Not only from a left brain understanding, but we will also practice several spiritual techniques (Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork) to experience the magic and assist the physical and energy bodies to more deeply align with these changes.
We will begin the session with a sacred healing ceremony and group healing session to release large amounts of stress and energetic debris that we carry around with us all the time.

Sat eve March 31, 7-10pm [ Tantric Sexuality

The ancient wisdom of Tantra teaches us that sexuality is beautiful and sacred. Using different Tantric techniques, this 3 hour class will help both men and women strengthen their sexual energy and learn to control it for a greater sense of power and pleasure. We will cover the role of energy in the body, how Tantric sexuality differs from the Western view of sexuality, how to build and harness sexual energy, Tantric erogenous zones, and more.

Our main goal will be to work with the energetic and spiritual principles of Tantra, learning to take raw, primal sexual energy from its natural state and transforming it to a higher state of power, joy, love, wisdom, and ultimately, Spirit. This is a profound, transformative experience that can ultimately lead to a state of bliss.

Sun April 1, 10am – 4pm [ Spiritual Relationships

We will create sacred space and explore what it takes to manifest and/or sustain the ideal relationship: one that nurtures and strengthens you and helps you to grow spiritually. We will discuss how sacred relationships help nurture and support a healthy process of spiritual growth.
We will begin the session with a sacred healing ceremony and group healing session to release large amounts of stress and energetic debris that we carry around with us all the time.

Peter Ross Voigt has 25 yrs of experience in professional massage, energy healing & bodywork.

He has taught thousands of people in various classes, workshops and private trainings at Yoga Ashrams and Retreats all over the world. His students include complete beginners to professional healers and everything in between. He has a teaching style that is fun and entertaining, yet extremely effective. You will go beyond the theories and concepts to a direct experience of Tantra, energy and Spirit. Peter creates a wonderful space for learning, healing & transformation, and he can help you to attain your goals & dreams.

Peter will be offering Massage & Healing Sessions before and after the workshop
