The organization puts a strong emphasis on education and coaching as well as strategy and support. The hope is that people can maximize their potential with some assistance.
On February 18, 1975, Secker was born in Norfolk, England. He studied Agricultural and Food Sciences at the University of Nottingham in 1997. Secker worked for Thomas Cook Financial Services as a trading technologist. As a result of creating the Virtual Trading Desk, Secker earned a British Telecom Award for innovation in e-commerce in 1998.
Secker moved on to become the Vice President of Mellon Financial Corporation at the age of 25. During his time there, Secker worked with some of the most renowned traders in the world. He took this knowledge and applied the trading techniques he had learned for international ventures. From there, Secker’s trading profile grew at such a rate that staying with Mellon Financial Corporation wasn’t feasible. In 2003, he retired to start a new journey with the Knowledge to Action Group. The group is entering its 15th year of operation in 2018.
