Together, we will use the ancient wisdom of Tantra - combined with the powerful healing energy of the earth - to heal, strengthen and transform our lives!
In the workshop, you will experience a number of Tantric and shamanic practices. These include Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama (breath control), Chanting & Toning, Yoga Nidra (guided resting meditation), White Tantric Massage and more!
